  1. Service delivery method:
    – Tours:
  • Pick up and drop off: We provide new tourist car services, pick up and drop off at airports, train stations, bus stations and sightseeing services throughout famous destinations upon request.
  • Pick up at hotel: Guests will be picked up directly from the pre-booked hotel.
  • Meeting point: Guests can choose a meeting point in the city center or major tourist attractions.
    – Hotel Services:
  • Online booking: Customers can book rooms directly through our website.
  • Confirm booking via email or SMS: After successful booking, confirmation information will be sent via email or SMS.
    – Car Rental Service:
  • Online car booking: Customers can choose and book a car through the website.
  1. Estimated time for service provision:
    – Tour: Service provision time will depend on the tour schedule announced in advance. Normally, we require customers to book a tour at least 48 hours before departure time.
    – Hotel Service: Booking confirmation will be sent immediately after successful booking, usually within 24 hours.
    – Car Rental Service: Car delivery time depends on the customer’s location, but usually will not exceed 4 hours after car booking confirmation.
  2. Geographical limitations for service provision
    – Tour: Tours will have specific geographical limitations depending on the tour program, usually within the territory of Vietnam.
    – Hotel Service: Currently, our hotel booking service is only applicable at hotels in our partner system nationwide.
    – Car Rental Service: We provide car rental services in major cities and tourist areas nationwide.
  3. Responsibility assignment:
    Goods Documents: During the delivery process, we will provide all necessary documents such as receipts, contracts, and other confirmation papers. Customers will receive detailed information via email or directly from the delivery staff.
    Note:
    In case of delays in service provision, we commit to promptly notify customers via registered means of communication. At the same time, we will facilitate customers to cancel the service if needed, ensuring the best interests of customers.
